The Office of Low Emission Vehicles (OZEV) was set up to help support the wider adoption of electric vehicles in the UK and entitles you to money off specific low emission vehicles as well as money off electric charger installation.

We called with an emergency issue at 7.40pm on a Wednesday. Jack was patient and courteous with us while we explained the problem, he asked for photos and swiftly arranged for an electrician to come. By 8.22pm Warren arrived so thankfully we didn’t have to wait long. Warren was also polite, professional and skilled, he fixed our issue quickly and efficiently so we could continue to run our business. Everything was communicated well over both What’s App and text as well as email - appointment, wait time and invoice which made everything run smoothly. Highly recommend for stressful emergencies! Having worked with various tradesmen for years, you can tell pretty quickly how seriously they take their work. House Rescue Electrical were flawless from the first call— checking in a few days before the booking, to ensure that I had the right drivers onsite, etc. and then ensuring his guys picked up extra fittings before arriving, so that we didn’t waste time is, frankly, ‘next level’. The guys onsite were friendly + focused and got the job done. It’s not easy finding reliable Electrians, willing to take on small/quick jobs — much appreciated.

Was having problems getting local electritions to provide an estimate for installation of an EV charge point then a near neighbour recommended HR. Jack responded the same day with advice and an estimate based on info and photos I sent by email. Accepted estimate and date set for installation just over a week later. Guys arrived promptly on the day, polite, tidy and efficient and job done in about 2 hours. Even took time out to advise on use of App to set up the charge point. Well pleased - 5 stars !

I was most impressed with the quoting and execution of the ducting / ventilation job I had done. It was a difficult retrofit job to duct fans to exterior walls and drill exterior vents. We discuss the job via WhatsApp, sending picture / plans, he attended before the job to understand the lay of the land, was very clean in doing what was a messy job - very happy to recommend him and his team

amazing, if you're are looking for electrical work then you can stop and go with Jack and his team.Jack was great at communicating with me (whilst I live in Australia!!!), great response time and understanding of my concerns with this work. Excellent service, yet again. The extraction fan in our bathroom had stopped working then a wall heater did the same thing. Appointment made promptly, electrician turned up on the dot, the price was very reasonable and the job was done to a high standard. The fan was replaced and the heater fault fixed. Frankly it is such a relief to have found this company. Though I’d rather not have anything go wrong with our electrics obviously at least I know that if they do I have a completely trustworthy source for repairs. Highly recommend.

I moved in to a house with an existing solar installation. Unfortunately, the installers had decided to focus entirely on commercial installations so were not interested in helping me to get control of the system I’d taken over. I got in touch with a number of companies looking for help. House Rescue were superb – quick replies, excellent advice and friendly service. If I needed to have a new system installed or my existing system serviced, these are the guys I’d go to.

Was worried my electrics were a bit dodgy as a fuse kept tripping so got Jack at House Rescue to come and check them out. He was thorough, efficient and charming. Checked all my sockets and appliances, fitted a new fuse box and I’ve had no problems since. He also helped me fit a couple of safer spotlights in my hall and bathroom. His explanation about what needed doing was clear and helpful and his pricing was competitive and accurate (no sudden or hidden costs). Great guy, highly recommend him.

My flat in central London had issues with the electrics. I initially had a call out to understand the problem. Turns out old electrical cabling from a 1920s building was faulty.I needed this to be fixed quickly and House rescue electrical Ltd offered the best solution. The communication between customer and contractor is so important and house rescue was excellent. Needs and questions were understood and answered in a clear manner.The contractor who came to refit the electrics was kind, respectful and worked with care and attention. The work completed on schedule and no time wasting. The finish product and service is the highest standard I’ve seen in central London.
